Men’s Walk

Men’s Walk for Nervous System Reset, Stress Relief, and Grounding

Facilitated. Grounded. In Nature.

Men are struggling — often silently. Isolation, pressure, emotional shutdown, and the sense that you have to “handle it on your own” have become normal. They shouldn’t be.

That’s why Compassionate Transformation offers Men’s Mental Health Walks: free, community-based gatherings designed to help men reconnect with themselves and with one another — without therapy, without performance, and without judgment.

Our Youth Programs

At Compassionate Transformation Community (CTC), we offer a range of youth-centered wellness programs designed to support the whole child—mind, body, and spirit. Our core initiatives—BRIGHT, Flourishing Fields, and ABC—provide inclusive spaces where young people can explore healing and personal growth through movement practices, basketball, meditation, art, nature, journaling, sound/music, and more. Each program is crafted to meet youth where they are, offering experiences that build confidence, strengthen resilience, and empower learning in ways that feel authentic and engaging.

Wellness club for Neurodiverse Youth

Our wellness club is a 8 week program that can also be tailored to you child’s interest, where they can dive deeper into alternative healing modalities.
