In late 2021, Howie Leang discovered he was on the autistic spectrum. Navigating life with undiagnosed, high-functioning autism, and then raising a son who is also on the spectrum, has given Howie a unique perspective and profound understanding of the heart of autism in children. As a Kids Coaching Connection certified coach, one of Howie’s mandates is to help parents better understand the inner world of their autistic child in order to deepen their relationship and mutual appreciation for one another.
