Compassionate Transformation Community, in collaboration with Mindful Healing Heart, is offering specialized wellness sessions led by licensed acupuncturist Winnie Chan Wang. These sessions are tailored to support first responders and individuals experiencing trauma from the LA wildfires, providing a space to release, reconnect, and rebuild.
The community acupuncture sessions aim to address grief, fear, anger, stress, and anxiety, promoting recovery for the mind, body, and spirit. Participants can expect a serene, supportive environment, expert care to relieve emotional and physical tension, and gentle techniques to calm the nervous system. Loose clothing is recommended for ease of access to key acupuncture points (if you are receiving this service).
